Cheese Garlic Palak With Masala Roti

Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 bunch palak


  • 5 glass water


  • 1 tsp sugar


  • 1 tsp soda


  • 2 tbsp ghee 1 tbsp ghee


  • 2 tsp cumin seeds


  • 3 tbsp chopped garlic


  • 1 chopped green chili


  • 1/2 cup chopped onion


  • 1 tbsp gram flour


  • 2 tsp salt to taste


  • 1/2 cup coriander fresh


  • 2 tsp garam Masala


  • 2 tsp red chili powder


  • 2 tsp daniyajeera powder


  • 2 dry red chili


  • 3 cheese cube

Directions

  • Boil water in a broad pan. Add sugar and soda in to it(soda and sugar add for enhance colour of palak)
  • Add palak patta and blanch it
  • After 3 to 4 minutes take it out in to ice water (for the stop process of boiling)
  • Drain water and take in to mixture jar
  • Also add coriander in to jar
  • Make a fine paste of palak and coriander
  • Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan add chili and 2 tbsp garlic
  • Cook till garlic turns light golden
  • Add onion and cook for 3 to 4 minutes
  • Now add gram flour in to it (I am using gram flour for thickness as palak contain water so adding gram flour is work as water observing)
  • Cook gram flour for 2 to 3 minutes
  • Add palak puree in pan
  • Add salt , red chili powder, garam Masala in to pan
  • Mix well and cook for 7 to 8 minutes in medium flame
  • Add cheese cube in palak gravy ( I used proceese cheese)
  • Take a tadka pan heat 1 tbsp ghee
  • Once ghee is heat add cumin seeds and red chili
  • Add 1 tbsp chopped garlic and cook for 2 minutes
  • Add tadka in to gravy and serve hot with Masala roti
  • Note : I made Masala roti with adding all Masala like turmeric, red chili and garam Masala in dough than only make like a paratha
